Cass urges her pokémon to be on their best behaviour and to keep distance from pokémon that they might not want to take home or befriend or need for the assignment. "Hey, careful now," she warns Xuan as she flies a bit too close to a particularly interesting patch of something red, just to have disturbed a shiny Dhelmise. "I told you," she says flatly, gesturing for the Froslass to return by her side and throwing a little treat towards the Dhelmise apologetically.

The pokémon here would have to deal with disturbances generally, but she feels a bit bad still.

"Crossing that off as seen- actually, do you think we need to take pictures?"

Her pokémon blankly stare at her at this question, not really able to comprehend what she means without any experience in any facility that would come even close to school.

Cass somehow manages to snatch a picture of the retreating Dhelmise's back, just to find Saya possibly annoying another pokémon - the Electrike is quite enjoying sending faint and gentle Discharges into the water, until Cass swoops her up with one arm, balancing Jon in the other.

"Saya, leave them alone!" However, one look at the pond makes her think that maybe, it's not been too bad. "Still," Cass continues as the Electrike still's sending barely charged Discharges, making her skin crawl in a not-bad way, "Hey, young lady. Stop it, okay?" Saya seems to take one electricity-free moment to think, before letting out a playful howl and leaping out of her trainer's arms.

"Fine, we will talk later," she sighs with fond exasperation, before turning to the pond again. "Sorry, guys. Oh." Without even an additional thought, she just sees a pokémon needed for her assignment, a Hisuian Qwilfish, and throws a ball - it brzzts slightly upon making contact with the water.

"Did anyone see Misuk recently?" Cass asks after a headcount, but the little Cutifly is the only one missing. Jon and Martin are by her side as ever, Philomena is attached to her bag, Saya and Xuan are playing around nearby ... but the little shiny bug is nowhere to be seen.

The noises of a nearby battle draw her attention then, and of course. Of course Misuk would figure out how to have beef with one of the safari pokémon around. A slightly off-coloured Gible and Misuk are involved in a seemingly quite heavy and nasty fight which, since they're both also base evolutions, is also gladly not too destructive. "STOP YOU TWO!" Cass shouts resolutely, and actually, the two of them stop.

"Misuk, don't start beef with the residents here - or sparring, for that matter." Cass motions for the Cutiefly to fly over, and she actually does without any additional complaint. Still, the Gible also stays, staring and actually approaching as well. "Hmm?" She looks over at Misuk with a questioning expression, to which the Cutiefly starts gesturing wildly. She would have no idea what Misuk means if she hadn't seen Misuk gesture exactly the same way when it came to explaining Peter's story.

"Oh, ... why is every dragon pokémon I encounter lost in some way?" she murmurs, but takes out a pokéball after all ... "Little guy. Misuk says you're searching for someone? Alright, if you wanna come along, we can maybe help you out. It seems like you two like fighting each other, anyway, too ..."

"Lunch break time!" Cass announces after she thinks they might've had about half of the scheduled encounters, and gladly, all of her pokémon react to that reliably. They all gather around her as she takes out the snacks she's packed for the trip into the safari zone, and happily nibble and munch on their various treats. As Cass' pokémon, they also had to develop a resistance to eat next to garbage smell, too, as Jon's food is particularly nasty. He seems a bit self-conscious about it, but seeing as no one's bothered, he also digs in heartily.

"Let's see ... we're still missing a mandatory encounter, and we still have one other ball leftover, too," Cass murmurs, pensively.

"Scyther ... hmm." Xuan glances at her pamphlet over her shoulder, before taking a look around the zone as well. She's a really fast eater despite the sheer amount of food she also consumes - it's like she's a vacuum cleaner. It does mean that there's one pair of eyes not occupied with food, and just in time. Deciding to take things in her own hands, she simply grabs one of Cass' safari balls - "Hey- Xuan?!" - and fly over to a Scyther she spotted in the distance.

Cass hastily removed her lunch box from her lap to chase after her Froslass, who just successfully activated the pokéball to capture- something, she can't see it. "Xuan! What if we needed that ..." The ball clicks close. Xuan looks extremely satisfied with herself, leaving it up to Cass to pick up the ball and instead starts floating back to the group. "Well, if you had fun ... it's a Scyther, you mean? Is it also one we need?" She isn't sure if Xuan's actually aware of the difference between a shiny and a regular one ...

"I swear if this isn't what I needed for the homework ..."

"Alright, we have one more ball. And no one of you is gonna touch it," Cass looks at her pokémon warningly, but they all seem to feign innocence. Frankly, she doesn't think any of them would take it - and if Jon took it, he could do no wrong in her eyes #Favouritism - so she relaxes a bit. "Good. Now, let's see ..."

She picks up her abandoned lunch again, wanting to finish it. But one bite, and she feels like she's dying.

It's a combined effort of Xuan's Ice Shards and Martin's Aromatherapy to get Cass to a normal degree of existence again. "What in the world-" But the culprit would quickly reveal itself, seeming to be extremely embarrassed about that incident.

"Did you?" she asks, but frankly, the pokémon being Capsakid is confirmation enough. She opens her mouth to be angry, and closes it with a soft expression. "Okay. Fine. I'm not mad at you," she sighs. She really is too soft when it comes to pokémon - but they're just ... so much better than humans ... ...

"That was real dangerous, I hope you won't do it again." The Capsakid is relieved and nods, before gesturing excitedly - it seems like she wants to show them something? Cass rounds up her team and they follow to a spot that is just perfect for sunbathing. "Wow, that's really awesome ... thanks for sharing."

Upon being invited by the Capsakid, she and her pokémon rest a spell - or maybe several. By the time the warden calls them back, she realises she still hasn't used her last ball-!! "Oh, hey, do you wanna come with us?" she hastily asks, throwing the ball without waiting for an answer before the warden could take it away-!
